All engraved and custom items are made to order. Please allow 5 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier selected. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation by email. NOVA Craftworks, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.
